Terms of Service

Futurely lets you connect social media accounts, create and adapt content for multiple platforms, schedule and publish posts, and view performance insights. Features available to you depend on your plan.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.

• You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us the limited right to store, adapt, and publish that content to the platforms you connect, solely to operate the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's own terms, community guidelines, and applicable law.
• Publishing through a platform's API is subject to that platform's availability and policies; we are not responsible for platform-side rejections, outages, or account actions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish spam, misleading, unlawful, or rights-infringing content.
• Attempt to access other users' workspaces, accounts, or tokens.
• Abuse platform rate limits or use the Service in a way that jeopardises our API access.
• Resell or white-label the Service without written permission.

• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Plan limits (such as the number of connected accounts) are enforced in the Service; exceeding them requires an upgrade.
• If a payment fails, we provide a grace period before publishing is paused or the plan is downgraded.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings. Deleted workspaces are recoverable for 7 days, after which their data is permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from platform-side changes, outages, or enforcement actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
